|Bertrand Randolph is the founder of The Unlimited Path of Central Florida. He graduated from Park University with a Bachelor of Science in Addictions and a Masters in Public Administration. As a result of continued education in the field, he received an additional Master Degree from Troy State University in Counseling and Psychology. Recovering from the disease of addiction over the past twenty-five years, Bert became disenchanted with the vision of substance abuse treatment and thought that by creating his own agency, he could develop a more cohesive treatment episode that focused on the whole person and not just the current presenting problem.
Bert Randolph is a Certified Addictions Professional in the State of Florida and a Certified Batterer’s Intervention Assessor and Facilitator. He is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and a member of the Executive Committee with the Florida Alcohol and Drug Abuse Association. Bert serves as the Executive Director for The Unlimited Path and has a natural ability to see global concerns in the field.
|Shelia Randolph, Executive Administrator: Shelia has been with Unlimited Path since its inception. She graduated from Park University
with a BS in Social Psychology. Recovering from the disease of addiction
over the past twenty-four years, she has dedicated her life to helping
others still suffering. For the past eighteen years, she has been
committed to providing substance abuse treatment and re-entry services
to offenders prior to release from the Florida Correctional System.
Shelia is a Certified Addictions Professional, Thinking for a Change Facilitator and a Certified Batterer’s Intervention Facilitator. She serves as the grant and proposal writer, growing the company into the business it is today. She also administers all the financial and personnel responsibilities for the agency, approves and writes operating policy and procedures, program design, and program scheduling.
|May-Li Hewett, Project Manager: May-li has 15 years experience with
Unlimited Path and performs start up, management of and continues to
provide training in intensive outpatient, residential therapeutic
community and outpatient programs throughout the state of Florida. Ms.
Hewett has a BS in Criminal Justice and a CCJAP (Certified Criminal
Justice Addictions Professional). Ms. Hewett is a Thinking for a Change Facilitator and an Impact of Crime Facilitator.
May-Li provides oversight of Operational Review Audits, Comprehensive Program Evaluations and DCF applications for the agency.
|Michael Dozier, Statewide Director: Mike was trained by George Deleon and Ed Roberts, both leading experts in the Therapeutic Community Approach. Comes with the experience and knowledge of the current modality styles of treatment to include Unit Management, Motivational Interviewing, and Residential Therapeutic Community. Has insight in needed personal change to facilitate long-term recovery.
Mike provides training statewide in Therapeutic Community, Unit Management and Re-Entry Concepts.
| Aimee Bishop, Northern Regional Director: Aimee provides oversight of the Northern Region for the State of Florida. Her passion for substance abuse treatment and her openness to guiding entry-level counselors in the field is instrumental in program stability.
Aimee is a Certified Addictions Professional and is a Registered Mental Health Counselor.
